Provided concept, photo direction, design, and retouching to create a direct mail piece promoting large, holiday orders for businesses. With the holiday concept yet to be finalized, we only had a color palette and font selection decided on. Careful consideration was put into the layout and styling of the product and ribbon to make up for lack of prop and concept.

Semi-Annual Sale Look
Using a bold color palette that gives a strong semi-annual sale presence throughout the store helped to give Things Remembered the attention it needed to stand out in a crowd of semi-annual sales.
I created the concept and design for this look to be used across all channels and designed the in-store signage and window displays.

Each year Things Remembered selects one child to be their Make-A-Wish® Kid. The child, along with their wish, is featured in over 400+ locations and in catalogs delivered to thousands.
I created the concept for the photoshoot basing it off a snowflake, that years holiday element, and designed a whimsical winter scene. Working with an outsourced photography studio and stylists I provided photo direction for the shoot and image retouching in post.

Valentine's Day Look
As a gift store, Valentine’s Day is one of the largest holidays for Things Remembered. We wanted the store to be immersed in red and hearts without feeling like too much. Hanging banners, sign attachments and word art help create a cohesive look throughout the store.
I provided the art direction for the look across all channels and designed the elements for in-store.
Fall Direct Mail
Fall photoshoot held on one of the hottest days that summer. Props to our models for pretending it wasn’t sweltering hot while sitting around the fireplace.

Black Friday Look
Using bold, attention getting typography and the brands newly minted green color to draw attention into stores during the sale of all sales. The tag theme was carried out throughout the stores giving customers a point of reference to find all the specific sales during the event.
I provided the art direction for the look across all channels and designed the elements for in-store under creative director Andy Kinnisten.
